These General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) are intended to govern the relationship between LIEKE DRIESSEN (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the customers (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), relating to all transactions carried out through the website of the online shop.

2º.2.- The User
A user or client is understood to be an internet user who acquires this status by registering on the website, using a form and being assigned a username and password, for which they are fully responsible (for use and custody), being responsible for the veracity of the personal data given to the provider, as we shall see in the section on User Registration.
3º.- Acceptance
By accepting these Conditions, the User declares:
1. That he/she is a person with the capacity to contract according to current legislation.
2. That he/she has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4º.- Availavility
The User will always and in any case have access to the conditions, which may be stored
and/or reproduced on a durable medium, prior to the start of the product contracting
procedure.
5º.- Validity or Duration
The period of validity or duration of these Conditions and particular conditions of contracting shall be the time that they remain published on the aforementioned website and shall be applicable from the moment the User makes use of the website and/or proceeds to contract
any products.
6º.- Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting the goods, services and promotions that were purchased prior to the modification by the User.
The User undertakes to read the contracting conditions carefully each time he/she proceeds to contract a product, given that they may have been modified since the last time he/she accessed them.
7º.- Nulity
If any provision of these Conditions is declared wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall only affect that provision or that part of it which is invalid or unenforceable, and the Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
8º.- Object of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between the provider and the user when the user accepts the purchase during the online contracting process by means of the mechanisms described below.
The contractual purchase and sale relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price ,publicly displayed on the website , of one or more specific products / services.
Each of these products/services may be subjetct to specific regulation by mens of the specific contracting conditions for each of them.
9º.- User Registration
The user can make a reservation as a guest or under registration. First you must select: number of people for whom you want to make a reservation; if you want an extra bed; and date of arrival and departure. Next, click on the button “check availability” which will recalculate the price of the reservation that will be shown on the screen. Then you will enter the personal data required as compulsory (name and surname, postal and e-mail address and telephone number).
The user is fully responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.
The user may not choose as a user name words whose purpose is to confuse others by identifying him/her as an integral member of the provider, as well as offensive, insulting expressions and, in general, expressions contrary to the law or to the requirements of morality and good customs.
10º.- Geographical scope
This CAMPINGCORTIJO.COM website operates worldwide, as long as the payment methods imposed by our company are accepted in order to be able to make the reservation. From now on, this geographical area will be understood as “the Territory”. The use of this website as well as any reservation made on it is considered to be made in Spain, and
therefore subject to the Spanish laws and regulations in force.
11º.- Service Information
The Provider pays great attention to the information concerning the characteristics of the services by means of descriptions and photographs illustrating the different accommodations.
12º.- Taxes and currency
In accordance with current legislation, all bookings made through the website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
The prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in all cases shall be expressed in Euro currency (€). Such prices , unless expressly stated otherwise , do not include any additional
services attached to the product/service purchased.
13º.- Language in which the contract is performed
The contracting procedure and pre-contractual information is in Spanish, English, French and Dutch. These languages will be used to carry out the procurement.
14-Steps in the Procurement Process
14º.1.- Registration
In order to start the process of contracting products in CAMPINGCORTIJO.COM, it is not necessary to register as a user, the reservation can be made as a guest. In both cases you
must fill in all the mandatory data requested on the page.
When a user registers, he/she will be able to enter with his/her user name and password to the control panel of his/her profile in order to manage all the functions that the provider of the website has made available to him/her, such as visualisation of bookings made, consultation or modification of personal data, the possibility of exercising the different rights established in the current legislation on data protection, etc.

The website has a wide range of tourist accommodation for all those who love relaxation
and tranquillity.
17º.- Maximum amount of reserves
There is no maximum amount for reservations. The amount of a reservation will vary according to the availability of the selected accommodation and the desired date.
18º.- How to extend or cancel my booking
To extend a booking, the user should contact our customer service directly.
In order to cancel a reservation w ith t he r ight t o a fu ll re fund, the cancellation request must be made at le ast 15 days pri or to the re servation dat e. If the ca ncellation request
is made between 7 and 15 days pri or to the re servation, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. No refund will be made for boo kings w hose ca ncellation is requested less than 7 days prior to the booking date.

The cancellation will be effective from the moment the client receives our e-mail confirming the cancellation.
19º.- Expenses, delivery methods and delivery period
As this is a sale of services, online booking of accommodation, there are no shipping costs.
20º.- The delivery period
As these are tourist accommodation booking services, there are no delivery deadlines.
21º.- Invoice
Where can I view my invoice? The invoice can be viewed in the user’s control panel.
22º.- Value added tax
In accordance with current legislation, all bookings made through the website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
23º.- Methods or Modalities of payment
In general, the User may choose the method of payment:
A) By credit/debit card, for which he/she will provide, among others:
(i) nombre y apellidos;
(ii) número de tarjeta;
(iii) CVV/CVC;
(iv) expiry date of the card;
In the event that the payment platform informs the customer that the card has been
denied, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed of
the cancellation online and at the time of the cancellation as mentioned above. It is not
possible to make payments with
cards issued outside Spanish territory.
B) By bank transfer
You must make the transfer to the account that will be indicated in due course.
C) By Bizum
You can pay for your booking through Bizum.
RESERVATIONS ARE DIVIDED INTO TWO PAYMENTS:
- 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS TO BE PAID AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS REQUESTED AND MADE.
- THE REMAINING 50% IS TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL, AT OUR RECEPTION.
Your card details will not be stored in our database, as they will be filled in on the secure website of your chosen bank.
24º.- General provisions on the Payment Process
- The payment order given by the User necessarily implies adherence to these General Conditions as well as to the specific conditions of the reservation.
- For any payment method chosen by the User, all payments shall be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the intervening financial institutions or secure payment platforms (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Bizum, etc.).
- Once the payment has been made correctly, the User will receive an informative and confirmatory e-mail reiterating the essential conditions of the operation:
Services contracted, and description of the provision of the service.
Through the website, the User will always have access to their booking information and corresponding invoices.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or reservations in the event that there are indications of fraudulent transactions by bringing to the attention of the competent authorities
any conduct that may be subject to investigation for fraud prevention.
25º.- Cancelation / Right of Withdrawal
Once you have made your booking, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending an email requesting cancellation, or by contacting our customer service department using the details provided in Section 26. A booking may not be amended/cancelled if the request is made less than 14 days before the scheduled booking date. Modifications are only permitted in cases where an extension of the booking is requested and there is availability at the time.
26º.- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:
Products/services which may be altered.

28º.- Warrantee
The warrantee corresponds to the effective provision of the service of access and enjoyment of the stay in the selected accommodation, for the selected number of persons and under the specified conditions of use.
29º.-Provider’s Rights
- To maintain, modify or suspend its website without prior notice.
- Modify the price of offers.
- Refuse bookings due to lack of availability or non-payment by the customer.
- Refuse access to IT tools to customers in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
- Receive payment for customer’s bookings, once the transaction has been accepted.
- Reserve the domain and retain full ownership of the service until full payment by the customer.
- Not to reproduce, sell or dispose of the information published by The Provider in all its contents without the express permission of the company itself.
- Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.
30º.- Limitation of liability
All information provided by the User to the Provider and through the relevant forms must be truthful. It is the User’s responsibility to keep the data provided to the Provider duly updated. In any case, the Provider disclaims any liability for damages caused as a result of having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information.
Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.
The Provider will not be responsible in those cases in which it corresponds to the parents, guardians or legal representatives of underage or incapacitated Users, to authorise access, provision of personal information or use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. It will be the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, tutors or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of the minor or incapacitated to contract the products and services provided through CAMPINGCORTIJO. COM.
Access by Users to the Contents does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to control the absence of viruses or computer elements that may have any harmful effect on the User’s computer equipment. In any case, it shall be the User’s responsibility to have the necessary tools to detect such viruses or harmful computer elements. Consequently, the Provider shall not be liable for any possible damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during access to the Contents.
The Provider shall not be liable for any interruptions in electricity or telecommunications services that prevent users from using the services offered.
31º.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in all matters not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile.
In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the WEBSITE OWNER.
